Assets Terms and Conditions

Going forward, any reference to “Your Account” refers to the Discord or VRChat account linked to the license you purchased. If you own multiple accounts, you must obtain a separate license for each one. Licenses are permanently bound to the first Discord or VRChat account they are activated on and cannot be transferred.

When making a purchase, you must provide accurate and valid contact information, including your email address, Discord username, and VRChat username. If the information provided during checkout does not match the details of the linked account—or if other inconsistencies are detected (for example, if the Discord and VRChat accounts belong to different individuals)—the license may be revoked or terminated.

Proprietary License for Paid Assets

All paid assets are governed by a Proprietary License and may only be utilized on maps that are uploaded to your account. These assets are strictly prohibited from being given, shared or transferred to anyone that does not own a copy, including staff members within your community or team members on your project.

You are permitted to modify the assets as needed for use within your own projects; however, reselling, redistributing, or sharing any part of the asset’s code or content—whether in original or modified form—is not allowed under any circumstances.

Commercial Licenses

Commercial licenses are intended for organizations, large projects, or communities that require asset uploads across multiple accounts under the same entity, or that involve collaboration among several developers. You must contact me prior to purchasing a commercial license to confirm eligibility and usage terms.

Holders of a commercial license are authorized to upload the asset to maps not stored on their personal account, provided that the use remains within the licensed organization or project scope.

You are also required to clearly inform end users that they may not extract, redistribute, or reuse the asset or any part thereof outside of the intended project.

Commercial license holders may upload the assets in collaborative development environments, such as Unity projects managed under version control systems.

Holding a commercial license does not grant permission to resell, redistribute, or otherwise commercialize the asset itself. The license only covers its use within your own projects or organization.

If you wish to include one of my assets as part of a world prefab, you must obtain explicit permission from me beforehand. My prefabs may not be distributed as part of free worlds or free prefabs under any circumstances.

Failure to report known instances of end-user redistribution may result in the revocation of your license.

Commissions

It is acceptable to commission or get commissioned to install the assets in a map, provided that both parties own the asset. If you are getting commissioned to install one of my assets in a map, it is your responsibility to ensure the other party owns a license, if you perform a install of an illegal copy you may be subject to termination of your own license.

Derivative Works

You are permitted to create and distribute tools, assets, or scripts that depend on or integrate with my assets—whether for public or commercial projects—provided that:

  • None of the original asset’s files (including code, prefabs, shaders, or other components) are included in your distribution.
  • You include proper attribution, referencing me as the original creator and providing a link to obtain the base asset.
  • You clearly state that end users must purchase or obtain the original asset separately for your derivative product to function.

Attribution and Branding

You must not claim authorship or creation of these assets, in whole or in part. All assets remain the intellectual property of the original creator and are licensed to you solely under the terms specified in this agreement.

Any included branding, logos, watermarks, or credit references must remain intact and may not be removed, altered, or obscured in any way. This includes in-world branding elements, metadata, or credit text provided within the asset package.

Disclaimer

The assets are provided "as is" without any warranties. I cannot be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the assets.

Technical Requirements

Use of these assets requires a basic understanding of Unity’s editor and user interface for proper installation and customization. All assets are tested with the latest Unity version and SDK currently supported by VRChat.

Please note that no refunds will be issued due to incorrect installation, user error, or incompatibility with your specific project configuration or environment.

Official Communication and Support

For all inquiries and support-related matters, please utilize my Discord server as the sole official channel of communication.

Do not send direct messages, friend requests, or contact attempts through Discord or other social media platforms for support-related issues.

Support is not included with the purchase. Any assistance provided is offered voluntarily, in good faith, and during available free time. Support is limited strictly to the assets themselves; I cannot provide assistance for unrelated Unity issues, third-party tools, or project-specific errors beyond the scope of the asset.

Support is only available to verified customers who have directly purchased my assets. If you obtained a prefab or world from a third party that includes my assets, the creator or seller of that prefab/world is responsible for providing assistance.

Content Creation Policy

Displaying my assets in streams, videos, social media posts, etc., is acceptable, with the condition that proper credit is given.

Fair Review Policy

Reviews should reflect the downloaded assets functionality and should not be based on external factors, reviews may be marked as "troll" and be subject to license termination if they:

  • Reference problems with myself or communities/individuals I work or worked for.
  • Reference problems or lack of compatibility with other assets more than the one being reviewed.
  • Reference lack of support without having previously gone through the steps detailed on my discord server to get help.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. To help ensure the asset meets your needs before purchasing, demo or test maps are available where you can evaluate the asset’s functionality and quality in advance.

Any chargeback or payment dispute attempts will result in immediate license termination, permanent blacklisting from future purchases, and potential reporting to the relevant platform or payment provider.

License Termination

Any breach of this agreement may result in immediate termination of your license without refund or warning and removal of access to the asset, updates or support.

Your access may also be revoked if you get banned from my discord server by breaking its rules.

Commission Terms and Conditions

Payment Method

I exclusively accept PayPal invoices as the method of payment for commissioned work. Please do not request alternative payment methods such as cryptocurrency, gift cards, or direct transfers, as these will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Payment Terms

Payment for commissioned work is due upon completion. The final product—whether a map, prefab, or any related deliverable—will not be uploaded, delivered, or transferred until full payment (100%) has been received.

Clients are expected to have the necessary funds available by the time the project is completed. If a considerable amount of time passes after project completion without payment being made, the project may be discarded, repurposed, or reused—including for commercial purposes—at my sole discretion.

Specific arrangements such as partial or milestone-based payments must be discussed and agreed upon in advance before work begins.

All transaction or processing fees (including PayPal fees or currency conversion costs) are the responsibility of the client and must be covered in addition to the total commission price.

Test Versions and Upload Options

Private test versions of your commissioned map may be uploaded to my account strictly for testing purposes. Upon project completion, I can either:

  • Upload the map to your account.
  • Provide the map files for you to upload manually.

Please note that if you choose the manual upload option, I am not responsible for troubleshooting errors or providing assistance related to issues that arise during your upload. The map files will always be sent your way even if I am the one uploading it to your account.

Revision Policy

All commissioned projects include up to three rounds of revisions. Revisions are limited to minor adjustments or fixes based on the original project scope. Requests for additional revisions or major changes beyond these three rounds will incur additional charges, to be agreed upon before work begins.

Client-Delayed Work

If the client fails to provide required materials—such as prefabs, textures, reference files, or other necessary assets—work may be delayed, and any agreed-upon deadlines will be adjusted accordingly. I am not responsible for missed deadlines caused by the client’s delay in providing required materials.

Cancellation Policy

If a commission is cancelled by the client, no content will be delivered, and funds already paid are non-refundable. All content produced up to the point of cancellation remains my intellectual property, and the client has no rights to use, distribute, or claim ownership of any part of it.

Post-Purchase Support

I will remain available to address bugs and minor adjustments for a period of one month following delivery of the commissioned map.

Requests made after this period or involving significant changes, new features, or major modifications will be subject to additional charges.

Additionally, I will not provide free support or modifications for versions of the map that have been altered after delivery.

Intellectual Property

All content created by me for commissioned projects—including scripts, assets, prefabs, and maps—remains my intellectual property unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon. Clients are not permitted to resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of any content I produce. Use of the commissioned content is strictly limited to the agreed-upon project, and any other use requires my explicit permission.

Content Reuse Policy

Unless otherwise agreed upon, any content created for a commissioned project —including scripts, assets, prefabs, or maps— may be reused by me in other projects.

Private commissions or requests for exclusive use of any content may incur additional fees, which must be discussed and agreed upon before or during the commission.

Content Integrity

All content used in commissioned projects must be legally owned by the client. Any prefabs, assets, or other materials included in the commission must be accompanied by proof of ownership. Use of pirated, ripped, or unauthorized content is strictly prohibited and will not be accepted in any commission.

Compliance with VRChat ToS

All commissioned work will comply with the VRChat Terms of Service. I will not create content that violates the ToS, including crash scripts, exploits, or elements that prevent users from accessing in-game menus.

NSFW Commissions

I am open to accepting NSFW commissions. However, I cannot be held responsible for any consequences, issues, or disputes that may arise after the content is published or distributed.

SDK and Unity Version Compatibility

I exclusively develop using the latest stable versions of Unity and the VRChat SDK supported at the time of the commission. I do not undertake projects using SDK2 or non-VCC setups. All commissioned work will adhere to this standard.

Scripting Language

All scripts for commissioned projects are developed using Udon#, which is my preferred workflow. I do not use Udon Graph or CyanTrigger, and this approach is non-negotiable.
